Catriona Ryan , a member of the teen writers group at Clayport Library, Durham presented with the plaque by Edith Higgins, one of the senior members of the Hallgarth Poetry group .Councillor Nigel Martin , Durham County Council attended. He is a supporter of the Poetry groups in the city.
